Rolling River Spirits PEPPER VODKAS

Rolling River Haba-Rita

2.5 oz Rolling River Habanero Vodka
8 cillantro leaves muddled
.5 oz agave
.75 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
1/4 to 1/2 fresh habanero slice
6 drops orange bitters
1/2 Rim lime zest, sugar & salt (2 parts lime zest, 1 part sugar, 1 part salt)

Rim glass. Muddle cilantro leaves in shaker, add Habanero Vodka, agave, lime juice & slice of habanero, shake with ice. Strain over ice into rimmed glass, add bitters & garnish with a cilantro leaf & lime wedge. Enjoy!

Rolling River Pepper Pepper Martini

gimlet-pic2 oz. Rolling River Trinidad Scorpion Vodka
4 cucumber slices
2 mint leaves
1/2 lime juice
2 – 3 jalapeno slices
1 oz. honey simple syrup

Thoroughly muddle cucumber slices. Add mint leaves and very gently muddle, add other ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into martini glass and garnish with a slice of jalapeno pepper.

Rolling River Honey Do

1 ½ oz. Rolling River Trinidad Scorpion Vodka*
4 chunks honeydew melon
3 mint leaves
½ oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
½ oz. honey simple syrup
Splash of sparkling water

In sturdy pint glass muddle honeydew melon and honey simple, add mint leaves and gently muddle, add ice, vodka and lime juice and shake well. Strain into a collins glass with fresh ice. Top with a splash of sparkling water. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of melon.

Pineapple Mojito

2 oz. fresh pineapple chunks
10 fresh mint leaves
2 oz. Rolling River Habanero Pepper Vodka*
.5 oz. orange liqueur
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1 oz. simple syrup (recipe below)
1 oz coconut milk or coconut water
3 oz. ginger ale
Mint Sprig for garnish
Lime wheel for garnish

In a Collins glass, muddle the pineapple and then very gentle muddle the mint leaves. Fill glass with ice. In an ice-filled cocktail shaker add the vodka, orange liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup, coconut water, shake and strain into glass and top with ginger ale. Garnish with mint sprig and lime wheel.

Simple Syrup: Heat ½ cup water and ½ cup sugar in a small saucepan until sugar is dissolved. Bring to a boil, and then set aside to cool. Store any unused portion in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
