Our award winning spirits are handcrafted, and use only the finest ingredients. Our Master Distillers, creates each spirit using custom-built stills and Portland’s renowned pure water from the Bull Run Watershed.
Our aromatic and contemporary style gin is infused with 12 botanicals. With a juniper forward taste, and kisses of citrus and cardamom, our gin will soon become a favorite spirits in some of you favorite cocktails.
The Perfect Pear
1.5 oz. Rolling River Spirits Gin
.75 oz. pear simple syrup
2 oz. Fever Tree Tonic
2 dashes Aquavit-Pear bitters
Build on ice and stir.

Rolling River Gin Sunray
1 oz. lime juice
2 oz. Rolling River Spirits Gin
1 oz. simple syrup
2 dashes bitters
Add ice and shake well. Strain into a
coupe glass.
Gin And Tonic
2 oz Rolling River Spirits Gin
3 oz. tonic water
1 lime wedge
Add Gin and tonic water in ice-filled highball glass and stir. Garnish with lime wedge.
Rolling River Rick Rickey
1 ½ oz. Rolling River Gin
½ – 1 oz. simple syrup
2 basil leaves
2 cucumber slices
1 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
Club soda
Place simple syrup, basil leaves, cucumber in sturdy glass and muddle. Add ice, gin, lime juice and shake well. Strain into a ice filled glass. Top with club soda.
Lavender Honey Gin Lemonade
2.5 oz Rolling River Spirits Gin
1.25 oz. lemon juice
.75 oz. honey simple syrup
1.5 oz. soda water
6 drops lavender bitters
In ice-filled cocktail shaker add Gin, lemon juice, honey syrup, shake and strain into ice-filled highball glass. Add soda water and lavender bitters.
