Rolling River Spirits Gin

The Perfect Pear


1.5 oz. Rolling River Spirits Gin
.75 oz. pear simple syrup
2 oz. Fever Tree Tonic
2 dashes Aquavit-Pear bitters

Build on ice and stir.

Pear Simple Syrup:
½ cup water
½ cup sugar
1 ripe pear, peeled, cored and chopped

Heat water to boiling. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Add pear and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Strain pear and cool before using. Store unused pear simple syrup in refrigerator in airtight glass jar for up to 2 weeks.

Rolling River Gin Sunray


1 oz. lime juice
2 oz. Rolling River Spirits Gin
1 oz. simple syrup
2 dashes bitters

Add ice and shake well. Strain into a
coupe glass.

Gin And Tonic

3 oz. tonic water
1 lime wedge

1. Add Gin and tonic water in ice-filled highball glass and stir. 2. Garnish with lime wedge.

Rolling River Rick Rickey


1 ½ oz. Rolling River Gin
½  – 1 oz. simple syrup
2 basil leaves
2 cucumber slices
1 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
Club soda

Place simple syrup, basil leaves, cucumber in sturdy glass and muddle.  Add ice, gin, lime juice and shake well. Strain into a ice filled glass. Top with club soda.

Lavender Honey Gin Lemonade

1.25 oz. lemon juice
.75 oz. honey simple syrup
1.5 oz. soda water
6 drops lavender bitters

1. In ice-filled cocktail shaker add Gin, lemon juice, honey syrup, shake and strain into ice-filled highball glass. 2. Add soda water and lavender bitters.
