At Rolling River Spirits, our vodkas are handcrafted in Portland, Oregon, with only the finest ingredients. Our Master Distillers creates each spirit using custom-built sills and Portland’s renowned pure water from the Bull Run Watershed.

Rolling River Gimlet
2 oz. Rolling River Vodka
1 oz. Simple Syrup
2 dashes bitters
Add ice and shake well. Strain into a couple glass.
Rolling River Vodka and Tonic
2 oz. Rolling River Vodka
2 oz. Tonic Water
1 lime wedge
Add Vodka and tonic water in an ice-filled highball glass and stir. Garnish with lime wedge.
Rolling River Mint Jalapeno Cucumber Martini
1 ½ oz. Rolling River Spirits Vodka
4 slices of cucumber
3 mint leaves
1 – 2 slices jalapeno
½ oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
½ oz. simple syrup
splash of sparkling water
Place simple syrup, mint leaves, cucumber, jalapeno in sturdy glass and muddle. Add ice, vodka, lime juice and shake well. Strain into a martini glass that has been rimmed with raw sugar. Top with a splash of sparkling water.
Rolling River Vodka Cucumber Bojito
1 ½ oz. Rolling River Spirits Vodka
4 slices of cucumber
4 basil leaves
½ oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
½ oz. simple syrup
Sparkling water
Place cucumber slices, basil leaves in a sturdy pint glass and muddle. Add vodka, lime juice and simple syrup and stir. Strain and pour into a glass that has a ½ rim of raw sugar filled with ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with cucumber slice.
Rolling River Spirits Riverbreeze
1 ½ oz. Rolling River Spirits Vodka
2 ½ oz. cranberry juice
1 ½ oz. grapefruit juice
2 dashes fresh lime juice
Fill glass with ice cubes. Pour vodka, cranberry juice, grapefruit juice and lime juice over ice, stir. Garnish with lime slice.
Grapefruit Spritzer
1 ½ oz. Rolling River Spirits Vodka
3 oz. ruby red grapefruit juice
¼ to ½ oz. simple syrup
Sparkling water
Add Vodka, grapefruit juice and simple syrup in ice-filled highball glass, top with sparkling water and stir. Garnish with grapefruit slice.
Rolling River Blackberry Lemon Tonic
1 ½ oz. Rolling River Spirits Vodka
2 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 oz. simple syrup
2-3 blackberries
Tonic water
Place blackberries in a sturdy pint glass and muddle. Add vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice, shake. Strain into a glass with ½ sugared rim filled with ice. Top with tonic water and stir. Garnish with a fresh blackberry.
Rolling River Cherry Marjoram Martini
1 ½ oz. Rolling River Spirits Vodka
¼ to ½ oz. simple syrup
4-6 fresh marjoram leaves
4 cherries (fresh or frozen)
3 oz. cherry juice
½ oz. oz lime juice
Place simple syrup, marjoram leaves and cherries in sturdy glass and muddle. Add ice, vodka, lime juice and shake well. Strain into a martini glass.
Try a variation of this drink by substituting the marjoram with fresh thyme and instead of straining into a martini glass, strain into a tall glass with ice and top with sparkling water.
Rolling River Spirits Blackberry Cinnamon Mojito
2 oz. Rolling River Spirits Vodka
½ oz. cinnamon simple syrup
4 blackberries & a pinch of sugar in the raw
6 to 8 mint leaves
Juice of 1 lime
3 drops Portland Bitters Aromatic Bitters
Soda
Sugar in the raw rim
Garnish with mint leaves and a blackberry
Dip 1/2 rim of a serving glass in simple syrup and lightly dip in sugar. Muddle blackberries in the rimmed serving glass with a pinch of sugar, add Vodka, lime juice & cinnamon simple syrup. Gently muddle mint leaves in separate glass or mortar & pestle. Add ice to serving glass, add mint leaves, add soda, stir well (incorporate some blackberries to the top and some mint to bottom) add bitters and garnish with mint leaves & a blackberry. Garnish with mint leaves and blackberry.
Rolling River Spirits Strawberry Mojito
2 oz. Rolling River Spirits Vodka
½ oz. simple syrup
6-8 mint leaves
2-3 strawberries (sliced)
Juice from 1 lime
Soda
Sugar in the raw rim
Garnish with mint leaves and strawberry slice
Dip 1/2 rim of a serving glass in simple syrup and lightly dip in sugar. Muddle strawberries in the rimmed serving glass with a pinch of sugar, add vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup. Rolling River Vodka Cranberry Cider
1 ½ oz. Rolling River Spirits Vodka
1 ½ oz. Cranberry Juice
1 ½ oz. Apple Cider
Fill glass with ice cubes. Pour vodka, cranberry juice, apple cider over ice, stir. Garnish with apple slice.
Rolling River Spirits Pretty in Pink aka ‘The Pink Lady’
2 ½ oz. Rolling River Spirits Vodka
3 oz. watermelon puree*
1 ½ oz. coconut water
½ oz. agave syrup
¼ oz. lime juice
3-5 mint leaves
Gently muddle mint leaves in shaker, add other ingredients and shake with ice. Serve on the rocks with 2 mint leaves.
*Watermelon Puree: Chop and blend watermelon. strain and discard pulp.
Rolling River Vodka Red, White, & Booze Berry Lemonade
2 ½ oz. Rolling River Spirits Vodka
½ oz. simple syrup
½ oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
3 oz. Simply Lemonade
1 oz. soda
2 spoonfuls blueberries
1-2 strawberries muddled
Muddle fruit in shaker, add all ingredients (except soda), shake, strain over ice, add soda. Garnish with a couple of strawberry wheels, lemon wheel and or blueberries.
Rolling River Spirits Vodka Cherry Limeade
2 oz. Rolling River Spirits Vodka
.75 oz. simple syrup
½ oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
3 oz. Simply Limeade
1 ½ oz. soda
2 spoonfuls muddled sweet cherries
Muddle cherries in shaker, add all ingredients (except soda), shake, strain over ice, add soda. Garnish with a couple of cherries and or lime wheel.
Classic Mojito
2 oz. Rolling River Spirits Vodka
1 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
1 oz. mint simple syrup
2 oz. club soda
Add vodka, lime juice and mint simple to an ice filled shaker, shake and strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice, top with club soda. Garnish with mint sprig and lime wheel.
Pineapple Mojito
2 oz. fresh pineapple chunks
10 fresh mint leaves
2 oz. Rolling River Vodka*
.5 oz. orange liqueur
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1 oz. simple syrup (recipe below)
1 oz coconut milk or coconut water
3 oz. ginger ale
Mint Sprig for garnish
Lime wheel for garnish
In a Collins glass, muddle the pineapple and then very gentle muddle the mint leaves. Fill glass with ice. In an ice-filled cocktail shaker add the vodka, orange liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup, coconut water, shake and strain into glass and top with ginger ale. Garnish with mint sprig and lime wheel.
