1 oz. Rolling River Coffee Spirit
½ oz. Rolling River Spirits Vodka
2 oz. cream
simple syrup to taste
Pour over ice and stir.

2 oz. Rolling River Coffee Spirit
4 oz. heated Snow Bunny Mix
Whipped Cream
Chocolate shavings
Measure spirit into a mug, add heated Snow Bunny mix. Top with whipped cream & chocolate shavings.
Snow Bunny Mix:
32 oz. Vanilla Almond Milk
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 bar Moonstruck Dark Chocolate Espresso
3 oz. espresso
Simmer almond milk, melt chocolate chips + dark chocolate bar and add espresso.

3 oz. Rolling River Coffee Spirit
2 oz. Almond Milk
.5 oz. simple syrup
.25 oz. almond syrup
Approx. 1/8 teaspoon fresh vanilla bean (the inside scrapings)
2 Drops “Bitter Housewife” Cardamom Bitters
Crushed Almonds
Add all ingredients to shaker, shake with ice, strain into chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a pinch of crushed almonds.
